A Catalan speciality, this is made using a combination of hazelnuts, almonds, sweet nora peppers and tomatoes. It’s a rich, nutty sauce with a real depth of flavour.  This goes well with all sorts, roasted veg (think cauliflower, green beans, chickpeas, courgette, fennel,) grilled fish, tofu, meats, great as a stand in for pesto.
