Osian and Catrin started Crwst in 2016 after deciding to pack up their jobs in the city and move home to pursue their dream of opening an eatery in West Wales!
Growing up in rural West Wales, Osian discovered his love for baking whilst spending time in his Mamgu’s kitchen. As fate would have it, that very kitchen became Crwst’s first home in2016! With a passion for all things food, bread and sweet treats, they set up a ‘micro-bakery from their home, with the aim of bringing something special to West Wales. Fast forward a few years, and they're now lucky enough to have their very own café, bakery, and deli in the heart of Cardigan.
