Field Blend Rubs

Good friends Sam and Ryan initially bonded over their shared love of the outdoors, camping and cooking over an open fire. Field Blends was born from a desire to get more people outside, connected to the food that they’re cooking -  whether that's in their garden on a barbecue, or at a campsite or in a campervan. Field Blends wants more people cooking delicious, simple food with friends and family.  

Smoked Chilli,  Coffee & Coconut Sugar - A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly roasted and ground coffee, smoked chilli, and coconut sugar.

Pink pepper, salt & garlic  The simplest of blends to add complexity and depth to anything on the campsite or at home. Add to dehydrated meals for a flavour boost, sprinkle generously on anything over the grill, or even just add a dab to bread and butter.

Lemon, Sumac and dried Herb - Dehydrated lemon peel, sumac berries, mixed peppercorns, and a blend of green herbs. Delicious on fish, potatoes, pork, lamb, mushrooms, eggs, poultry and greens.

Maple Chilli Salt - Dehydrated maple syrup, Yorkshire sea salt and chipotle chilli. Amazing with roast veg like carrots and also rubbed into meats prior to BBQ’ing!
