Literally - ‘The Winery of the Stars’, in Valdepenas with wines released under the IGP Tierra de Castilla. Specialists in fermenting and aging wines in vast (up to 5000 litre) centuries old clay amphorae (Tinajas) in huge purpose-built caves. Natural wines, certified organic by CAAE and vegan certified; very closely following the lunar calendar and biodynamic principles. No added sulphites, lab yeasts or any other artificial substances. Our oenological practices are unsophisticated but careful and exhaustive giving the right relevance to the direct and honest character of the wines.
