Locally made here in Bristol, lets introduce Deep Trouble. It's Deeper than the Mariana's Trench, but far more accessible. A rich & smoky mix of chipotle chilli, paprika & allspice contrasts perfectly with the smooth fruitiness of fresh mangoes. This is a full-bodied hot sauce that works amazingly well as a base for marinades or accompanying anything grilled, filled, or chilled. Have it with cheese, leaves or roots, put it on your pizza & give it a toot! Its mellow, its mild if you can take the heat, drizzle it on chile for a special treat. A multi-layered flavour profile & subtle acidity are created by fermenting all the ingredients together for a few weeks in small batches. Once the character is fully developed the batch is gently heated to stop the fermentation process. 200ml of deep, rich & sweet serenity.
