So who would have thought that truffle and hot sauce would really be a thing? I wasn’t convinced until I tried this, and am now a bit obsessed. This goes well with all of the usual suspects, cheese toasty, eggs, pizza etc. The best use so far has been with a Crispy battered chicken burger, tossed and coated  liberally. Have also done the same with quorn nuggets!
